hi guyz, 
i installed plugin(newpoints) and i translate it for my lang(heb) and now its showing: ???
i need to add UTF8 to the lang.php and i dont know how... :\

How are you editing the language file? Are you saving it with UTF8 encoding?

im just changing the words to heb... that worked to me with others plugins...
no, i dont know how to save it with UTF8 encoding

Download the file to your computer and open it with Notepad. Before saving click use "Save as" and you will be able to select encoding. Make sure to use UTF8 without BOM.
