My friend gave me his Form Manager plugin and that's it.
Was that form manager plugin made by nickman? Or is there another one?

My friend gave me his Form Manager plugin and that's it.

Could you please share this plugin? I'm also after this functionality
please note : Form Manager v2.0 by NickMan is a premium plugin and it should not be shared with others
Wow. My premium account at his site disappeared... Again. Sad

But, yeah. I tested this one out. Just a heads up to others: you cannot control the output syntax.
You could probably use Xthreads for this - it makes a nice form as long as the "form" is the first post of a thread.
