It's linked in the footer of the default theme. All of the options are there and explained pretty well.

yeah i found it, and it s a nice front end editor for the function
Looks like you can easily add it to each forum with an icon....

Now, how can i feed it back into my forum and display thread titles and author only, as a 5x lastest threads per forum?

EDIT: thats a nice way to make forums in the front end with standard setting, allowing editing of title, description, and rules?
