Go to registrar and open cpanel then file manager
And rename index.php to forum.php and Create a file index.php the original index.php was renamed forum.php and add this code to the index.php now

And rename index.php to forum.php and Create a file index.php the original index.php was renamed forum.php and add this code to the index.php now

Forums.php must be that since the file is .php a html link wont work only a direct path to the .php file
