You need to contact your host for this.

Each time a user visits your site, PHP runs another "copy" or "instance" of MyBB for a quick amount of time. Each instance makes a MySQL connection. Some hosts limit the number of connections your scripts can have at a time, so you'll have to discuss with them what your options are to either get that limit raised or move to a paid/different plan, because this is usually caused (as said above) by having too many users browsing at a given time.

Seems like you are using ipage. Contact them and tell them about your prob. They should change the settings for you.
