I installed new theme in my forum. But Now some option is not working. Tell me, how can solve it. Please see the screenshot. I don't found the editor option.

Dont use jquery no conflict on a 1.8 theme for a jquery "powered" js file. It will break it. If you are only using jquery or vanilla javascript on a 1.8 forum then there is absolutely no need for jquery no conflict. It isnt conflicting with anything.

Do NOT use a 1.6 theme for 1.8.

Installed the plugin. But Its not working.

Do not use a 1.6 theme for 1.8

That is one good looking theme. Where can I get it?
