Please Someone help me I am so noob I don't know I messed something and now I can't loginto my admin cp.
Fatal error: Call to a member function run_hooks() on a non-object in /home/u178120830/public_html/inc/functions.php on line 238 
This is the error it gave.
Please help.

Try reuploading the functions.php file.

Can you use team viewer or something to help me because of some reason I can't use the ftp

u have just uploaded ur files through ftp right

What you will do is make sure all the files you are uploading are from the same version, what version do you use. Upload the inc/functions php of that version and maybe use phpmyadmin to disable all plugins till your problem is fixed
