Looking for a designer for a custom theme. I would prefer if my request was completed quickly so i can get to work so i am open to using a customized version of a ready made theme to make it quicker.
If you are a designer with premium themes, link me to your themes and if you have one i like i will ask for it to be slightly tweaked/customized.
My budget for this is $100 but i expect to pay less if i am buying a customized version of a ready made theme and not a fully custom theme.

Requirements:
- I would like 2 versions of the theme: Dark/Light (black/white). This is so i can give my users an option between a light theme or dark theme.
- Theme needs to have a footer that i can add links in, like this: http://prntscr.com/8tpbap
