Add a search box in the themes and templates page, as it is in settings page.  Make it just for template names but if you can make it search into the templates it self it will be better

This feature alredy exists within the acp in 1.8*. ( /admin/index.php?module=style-templates&action=search_replace )

In addition, 2.0 templates are going to be Twig view files, which may or may not have an editor in the ACP UI. They'll be searchable with whatever tools you have to use!

And I really dislike the idea of files you will have to upload instead of searchable, ACP editable built in templates. In old wbblite 1.* times people wrote modifications for having the possibility to edit the templates within the ACP.

A plugin to do that should definitely be possible.
