Im not sure if something like this exists, but basically my idea is that every time someone posts a link to amazon it is automatically converted to an amazon referral link. Same idea as the adf.ly plugin which converts all links to adf.ly links. 

Does something like this exist? If not, would anyone be willing to create it?
