I'm looking for a few plugins and one of them is like a thread tag i guess 

The idea

A specific user group can add a tag onto a thread ( some sort of application) that says various things such as Accepted, Declined and pending. I know IPboads and Vbulliten has this function, just wondering if there's a plugin out there or if someones willing to make one

You mean how to give it a style and so on like it is there? I added a class.

Yea, glad you fixed it. The class I used is a bootstrap class. That forum I linked you to is bootstrap based.
