Hello guys , There is a option in  Vbuletin forums that makes users able to see why/when/who by their topic has been deleted,

Please see the below image:

I know there is a plugin that makes you able to send auto private messages after deleting a post but don't like it,
I want to has the deleted topic on forumDisplay.php page like I showed on the image, Is  there anyway to have such a option?
