i have just created My Forum, and got some plugins for it from the 'browse plugins' page 
i downloaded Filezilla too

the forum host in forumized. 

i don't know how to install these plugins. i am a complete newbie when it comes to this, infact this forum is for me to learn. i don't know how to get the host name, username, and password to upload via filezilla, there is no page or button to upload it to the forum directly, and their help documents and forum gave me no answers. 

can anybody help please?

You'll have to contact Forumized. I don't believe they allow FTP access.

and i won't be able to add plugins unless they do? Sad

Correct. The other alternative is to choose a host which has FTP/cPanel so you have full control over your forum.
