Like if someone in my staff uses admin cp so i keep disconnecting from it. Any solution so all can work together?

Sorry almost everyday I ask for help but it's a little complicated for me :p

Just promote their own forum account in the admin cp to administrator.

Users & Groups -> Find users account -> Options Button -> Edit Profile & Settings -> Profile -> Primary User Group -> Administrator

they will then be able to access the admin cp on their own account

With the same email and password they have?
