How does one become apart of the MyBB team?

By contributing significantly.

I baked all of the staff a chocolate cake. One each. And posted it to their houses at my own cost.

What brand was the chocolate cake mix? That would matter to me

Cake mixes don't count, you have to do everything from scratch: from milking the cow, to grinding the flour. Anything less won't cut it I'm afraid
