I am looking for a header background image to be designed, and a simple text logo, which will overlay the background image, but the logo must also be able to represent on its own. The background image must obviously be well related to the forum subject matter. I can show any interested person what I have in mind on a test forum. The forum is running a responsive theme, so I want the background image to display properly on mobile devices, basic knowledge of CSS will help.
