When people write a message it will come in the sendbox,
When people get a messamge it will come in the inbox,

But what means: Draft, Trash Can

I think Trash Can is something like deleted items?

Can I view somewhere how many pm's (as mb) people have still in their pm box. I think they will store it for a long time.

Can I change somewhere how many pm's people may save in those 4 boxes (in, send, trash and draft).

Can I also delete somewhere all messages people have in the deleted items (as this is trash can)?

Drafts - saved messages, you don't send yet
Trach Can - deleted items

Don't know, but I know that you can on simplemachine

I'm not aware of a feature or plugin that will allow you to prune trash can messages

http://dennistt.net/forum/showthread.php...142#pid142 but it is for MyBB 1.1.x, and I'm not sure if it'll work with MyBB 1.2.x. If you leave me a message on my forum I might get around to updating that plugin sometime in the summer.
