Trying to unsuspend a poster from our forum who was given a warning but the warning level was set too low.

Have revoked the warning but the poster is still suspended from posting.  How do i lift the suspension?

Using the latest version of MYbb.

check his profile from ACP and make sure he is not part of any groups where the posting permission is suspended,  and check if "Suspend Posts" option in Moderator Options in his profile is enabled... also revoke all of his warnings to make sure any warning rules overlooks other permissions..
