StopForumSpam plans on making it mandatory to have 'evidence' for a report of a spammer. Will MyBB be implementing support to send them the "evidence" such as the contents of their custom fields, signature, or post history?

We will do once the changes are rolled out and the API updates to support it. If this happens between maintenance releases, we'll probably release a patch.
