I have a complete MyBB setup, but even on the default theme, the MyBB admin control panel has no CSS. Well, it does. It loads the CSS, and the Inspect Element's Soruces tab shows that the files have loaded, but all the CSS files are blank (even though they aren't according to FileZilla), and the images don't even appear in the Inspect Element page (apart from my avatar)
I've tried it in every browser and I can't think of any reason. FYI the whole forum is set to chmod 777.
