I've trying to download plugins, and it never bother to show up. I have even reseted the site still never work. Im doing everything, I can't get it to work..

could you check using a FTP, what are the files you have inside the inc/plugins folder...

Make sure the permissions on the inc/plugins/ directory allow it to be read.
