Hello. We have tens of thousands of users and we have a promotion set up so when they are equal to or greater than 15 posts their primary group should change from Registered to Member.
However, after 5120 members the promotions system doesn't seem to update anyone else. We still have over ten thousand people that should've been promoted.
Edit: members have to login/be active in order to be upgraded.
