I have done everything like in tutorial, http://community.mybboard.net/showthread.php?tid=6361 and i am trying to install my forum but i can't accsess install/index.php I can't install my forum. What might be a problem?
I am getting error like this:

The requested URL /forum/install/index.php was not found on this server. (bu the requested file is in there)
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Please help me,thanks..

Where did you upload it to? Maybe you didnt put it in /forum/ but your root directory..

whats your url to your forum?

it is in /forum/install/
what are the permmisions for install folder and files inside?

Do you have atleast CHMOD 555 permissions?

I have chmod 777 for file index.php inside install folder.What other files/folder shoud i check?

You dont even have the files uploaded to your server.. it may help to do that :p

It should be in the folder public_html.
