Apologies if I am doing something stupid 
but how do i get the language pack located here:

installed ? I have uploaded the file deutsch_sie.php and the corresponding folder, and it does appear under language packs in ACP. There's a file called language.lang.php in the package, what is that for and where does it go on the server? PS: i don't speak German, but may have some members who do.
