I've seen many forums use this plugin on MyBB 1.8

Now I have changed the compatibility but the problem is it doesn't work on my forum like the tabs don't work properly I have checked the templates and everything seems to be fine.
Can someone help me figure out how to make this work please I need this plugin especially on my forum I know theres a plugin already for 1.8 but i don't want to use that plugin.
