Ok, here is the bottom of my index page, it's messed up a little bit:

Some parts are messed up with the bottom left and stuff, how can i fix that?

There is a problem in your index_whosonline code. Replace this code with original one and everything will be fine.
Your using discussionbb theme edited version why is that?
I know that theme your using some bits are ripped and the codes stolen from 2 different forums. I doubt you will get any support for using a rip theme copied off Realityforum & NulledBB.
