So I'm all out of Milk and I still have cookies left what do I do?

Just kidding, basically what happened was someone came to my site saying "Your site has many loopholes."
Then they explained saying they can get peoples IP Address' through looking at his cookies while on someones profile.
What can I do to fix this or make cookies like encrypted? Thanks to anyone that can help

What's your forum url if I may ask? and what version are you running, what plugins do you have? This sounds like bull orange to me.
