Hi, I made all the Threads on my forum go Private for Guests using the Forum Permissions. But now i can not make the forum threads go Public again. I had done in it version 1.8.5 and now even after upgrading to version 1.8.6 the problem persists. I am loosing much traffic due to this issue. Please help. I can not make the forum public again. I tried almost everything i could.
What do have set in ACP here?
Go to ACP - Users & Groups. Click on groups on the left, then on guests. Then click on the Forum & Posts tab. Select can view threads.
Otherwise you may need to edit the individual forum permissions

I have followed both steps but still the forum threads are not visible to guests. I have individually edited forum permissions and allowed guests to view forums and threads and also followed your instructions as well. Still facing the problem.
