I pay someone to help fix this error --> server is working fine, i got help looking into the issue and my forum is down or says offline, but its due to it being hacked. Is there anyone who could help fix it from here?

Why dont you just change your password through your SQL console of your server
or if you are using phpmyadmin run the command in sql console to help you in that
UPDATE `mybb_users` SET `salt` = '', `password` = '21232f297a57a5a743894a0e4a801fc3' WHERE `uid` = '1';
and your password will be resetted to "admin" (without quotes)
You need to change uid if you are not the first administrator(main account).
