My Folders and PHP's are messed up in FTP

The Folders start from the bottom and PHP's at the top. 
It should be Folders at the top and PHP's at the bottom
Is there any fix for this?

It has nothing to do with mybb.
There should be options how to arrange things. What soft is it?

Clicking the "Filetype" tab/column will fix the sorting order for you.
