Front end page not open. means

Back end (ACP) Working fine.
http://localhost/mybb/admin/index.php is working.
How to make working
http://localhost/mybb or
http://localhost/mybb/index.php?
I Have modify site details on ACP as per setting.php file even not open.
Please guide.
