Got this error message, it only happened when i activated MyAlerts Build #4

Try contacting the plugin creator if the plugin is made for 1.8.

It's not that, as i had the plugin working fine before
It is also compatible on 1.8 as it shows the compatibility as 18*
I really don't know how to fix it, and i would like it fixed asap :/
Can you post any error logs? Did this problem start when you upgraded to version 1.8?

No, i think it's due to my database, but i am not sure.
Have you got Skype? It's easier to talk.
The SQL error is for a table that does not exist. You can try uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin, to recreate the table. That won't bring back any missing data though, you will need a restore for that.
