I couldn't get my BB site to work right so I reinstated the whole thing but apparently I didn't prep everything properly because now when I go to finish the installation I error message that it is locked but I can't enter the site as the link is now dead.
So in a "mybb for dummies" can someone help me?
If you succeeded the installation, remove the "install" folder and you should be able to access the forum just fine.
This is how bad I am at this, exactly where do I locate the folder to remove it?
In a CPanel installation you log into the CPanel, find the file manager, go to the public_html folder, then locate and delete the install directory.
