I use moderator permission to unapprove a thread, but i want who to write that thread can edit them (but not approve the thread) .
I'm in group A, he is in group B. 1) How to set group B can edit thread by myself when thread is unapproved ?

2) How to decorate a tittle of a thread ? (change color, font, size, .... etc) 

Dont unapprove it, move it to a can view only own threads forum.

Looks like a plugin. Try to look in mods for mybb
