i have update mybb1.6.16 to mybb1.8.6,

But there are templates related to mybblog and mysupport even after removal of plugin.
how can i remove that templates as there is no option for delete.

You've fully uninstalled the plugin, right? Not just deactivate?

May be i havent uninstall just deactivated so it may creating problem.

There's a decent chance that the templates only get removed on uninstall, and that deactivate just removes the variable from the other templates (so that it's not actually displayed).
