Right so im currently working on a project and i need someone to handle the setup and installation for me. 

Wanted:
Someone with experience and knowledge of running mybb on a VPS
Someone who knows how to optimize a forum to anticipate heavy traffic and usage.

Only going to be working with trusted members such as Staff members and known members around the community.

If you're anticipating high traffic, VPS isn't the way to go unless you physically own the box you're running the VPS on. VPS providers get funny about high traffic and loads.
