Hi there,  i wane use the basic theme mybb offers but i would like to use something that i saw few forums using which is good idea and can make my life easier

how can i add that sub navigation bar where they click it will take that section of the forum, this is making the forum little more cleaner and they don't have to scroll down to find that category.
