How to disable "quick theme select" where any register user can choose from a bunch of themes that you have under Templates and Style.

I found this answer from an old post
"In the settings for each theme there's a list of allowed usergroups, if you only select admins, only admins will be able to choose it. "
I cant find this setting.

ACP->Templates & Style->Themes->Your Theme

Scroll down and there is a dropdown with allowed usergroups.
