I think there should be an Admin CP option to remove the "Rating" table, but not necessarily remove the ability to rate threads. Instead, I think it should be set up the way vB does it. If someone rates a thread, then the rating appears in the top right of the thread's table. In my opinion, the "Rating" thread just looks stupid when it's empty.
