Hosting is pretty hard hiring all ssh managers to help my site pay 10.00 per hour

I dont understand why you are using Digitalocean as a host?

SSH really isn't all that hard. Settle on a distribution to use in your production environment (mine is Ubuntu 12.04) and learn it.

Spin up a test droplet to experiment with if you have to.

Why the heck are you using 16GB RAM droplets? Seriously it's overkill with memcached, etc.
