Every time I try creating a topic on my for i get a 403 error saying your not allowed to access newthread.php. I'm not sure why I'm getting this error my permissions are set correctly I only have 1 forum that's permissions are different from the rest. But other then that the other forums permissions are the same.

I wonder if your host has some kind of mod_security that is interfering with MyBB. Ask your host to white list them against mod_security.
