I've had this set to yes for weeks but my site is still returning cached css templates. Is there something else I have to do to make this setting work?
Are you serious, no one can help?

Are you running Cloudflare?
No I am not running cloudflare.
You do not understand that setting.

This setting tells visitors' browsers not to cache the HTML. This has zero effect on MyBB caching stylesheets.

In the ACP, go to the Task Manager. There should be one named Stylesheet Re-Cache. Manually run this task. By default it is scheduled to run on the first Sunday of every month. This will save CSS files in the cache directory. Some browsers may take a while to read these new files, based on the Send No Cache Header setting and the last time the browser read the CSS files.
