I am looking to have an android app for my forum, these are the basic features I am looking for:

 *View all Forum / Sub Forum
* Login and Register Feature
* View Unread Threads and its counts
* Browse favorite forums in an easy-to-use interface with multiple notification types (Private message, subscription, etc)
* Fully customizable home screen with favorite forums
* Monetize using Google AdSense
* Push notification - Show private message and subscribed thread updates from your favorite forums in the background! - and Admin must able to send important notification message using Push notification
* Basic moderation support for forum moderators and admins
* Image attachment thumbnail and full size viewing from threads
* Fully searchable forums
* View embedded links
* Support installed plugins
* Supports portrait AND landscape mode in app
* Full posting options (quote posts, start new reply)

Please anyone that has demonstrable competence in building this app,please contact me

Not to mention that Tapatalk's security isn't necessarily the best.

True, the API is all messy and they even track your clicks and don't mention it which is illegal.

I can make own app

There is an app called mobile MyBB, you can find it in development section. I saw that a few weeks back, it provides most of the features you are looking for.
I will always suggest going for responsive mobile theme unless you have a very big community and an app is the only way to provide smooth interface.
Just my suggestion.
