This is somewhat the same as StopForumSpam, but it checks DNSBLs instead.

Currently it checks against:

• rbl.efnetrbl.org
  
• xbl.spamhaus.org
  
• tor.dnsbl.sectoor.de

  • Allow Tor users
    
  • DNSBL list
    
  
  
• Added error messages respective to their blacklist and added a language file
  
• Remove Tor from the DNSBL list and integrated it with the "Allow Tor users" setting
  
• Added DroneBL
  

If I activate this plugin, did it replace stopforumspam or are this providers additional to it ?

This does not replace anything. It is an extra addition.
