Hey!
I'm on the hunt for a Social Groups plugin such as used in vbulletin&ipb. 
There used to be an old plugin, but it was unstable ( http://mods.mybb.com/view/social-groups & http://community.mybb.com/thread-104203.html).
Are there any amazing developers who have been working on the subject?  Sleepy

Its in progress. I'm just very busy. It is a total rewrite from the previous code to be more stable and easier to extend its capabilities.
