Is it possible to have default post icons? If so is it also possible to have different post icons for different forums?

I think those are for 'forum icons'? I was asking about post icons.
I want to select default post icon, depending on forum thread has been created and I want this post icons changeable only by moderators, so everything in X forum will have X icon and only important threads will have different icons such as '?' symbol etc and in Y forum I want every thread to have Y icon.
