I'm tempted to believe you did not deleted the file as you say. I can't think of any plugin / file loading once it gets deleted from the server. Makes no sense.

@Destroy666 suggestion would only make sense if the file is still in the server.

Hey,
I removed the file as soon as I noticed the problem, since then this has been a problem.
