I noticed this has been an issue since 2010 - 2011 so though of bringing it back up in case it was forgotten.

So basically, when you use checkboxes in settings, you can check only one. If you check multiple then only one of them will be saved.

Maybe there's a work-around to use a multi-choice setting?
