I'm using Sucuri DDoS Protection and i heard good reviews about them and they are suppose to be good.
I am now running into the problem with some users (including myself) getting marked offline even when i have my tab open. I have my tab open and i wasn't checking it for a couple of minutes, i went to check on a different browser and it has marked me offline, only after a couple of minutes.

It doesn't happen for every user. I have the Cutt-off time (mins) set to 60 like i always do and this member is fine

Is there anything i can do to fix this? It seems to be a problem with my DDoS Protections Firewall but a fix for it would be great, thanks!
