I don't want to pay a penny over $200 for this.

I have the theme totally typed up modifications why and have kind of an idea for how I want it to look.

But the thing is I'm looking for someone who can design something nice and not hella "blocky" like Dynaxel makes their themes, I want something kind of how Johnny S & Wallbb does theres. I'd go to them but neither of them can reply, apparently.

I think you should supply your modifications and ideas here for the designers to see if they are capable of handling your project. You are also going to have a tough time most likely paying upon completion. I will not work without >1/3 of the final cost up front and I'm sure others are the same.

what type of modifications do you want, please list atleast some of main ones.
